Vaccine Requirement has been lifted

As of October 1st, 2022, the Vaccine Requirement has been lifted which will allow all travelers to enter Canada regardless of vaccination status. The lifting of this vaccine requirement was the last hurtle that has prevented a large fraction of travelers from entering Canada since its installment in 2021. The federal health minister of Canada confirmed on Sept. 26th, 2022, that Canada is in a “better position” to lift this mandate with the World Health Organization confirming that Covid-19 deaths have hit their lowest point on record.
